i decided to start a new blog. i have a livejournal that i've been keeping up with for 4-5 years and another blogger where i write my music reviews. this however will stay as stream of consciousness as possible, i guess to truly portray the human mind.
so as everyone who has a brain knows, president obama made a speech in cairo last night. personally i thought it was a great speech overall. my few complaints come from he not delving deeper into the push for democracy in the middle east, and also, while he mentioned Iran's nuclear program, he was silent about israel's nukes. click here if you would like to see the full video plus transcript.
this summer has been slow, for the most part. currently ive been trying to find a job and have been unsuccessful, and i've been counting the days until i leave for Corvallis, OR (41 to be exact.) today and tomorrow i have my sister's 8th birthday party to plan, followed by coldplay on tuesday.
